CURVE20™ is frequently selected as a direct alternative to PPP (Premium prime pressed) butter, offering manufacturers a cost-effective and functionally comparable ingredient with the added benefit of JS Cocoa’s traceable, upcycled sourcing story.

JS Deodorized Cocoa Butter
VELVET™

JS Deodorized Cocoa Butter – VELVET™ is a deodorized cocoa butter with a slightly lower melting point than CURVE20™. This makes it well-suited for applications that call for softer fat behaviour, for cost-efficient chocolate formulations, or for blending cocoa butter with PPP or other fats.
Like all JS Cocoa cocoa butters, VELVET™ is produced from non-conventional cocoa beans using our direct expelling process. The result is a high-quality, clean ingredient that integrates easily into a wide range of fat systems.

JS Deodorized Cocoa Butter – SILK™ is our softest cocoa butter, developed for manufacturers who require maximum fat flexibility. With its low hardness profile, SILK™ is the preferred choice for fat blend formulations and for cost-efficient mixing with PPP butter — delivering functional performance at a competitive price point.
SILK™ performs particularly well in palm-free fat blends, where it serves as a palm fat replacement while contributing structure to the final blend. It is a regular choice for fat processors who need a flexible base that can be adapted across a variety of recipes.

Double-refined to an FFA level below 0.5%, OLYMPUS™ meets United States Pharmacopeia / National Formulary (USP/NF) standards — the benchmark for pharmaceutical-grade fats.
OLYMPUS™ is colourless, odourless and bright white, making it easy to integrate into natural cosmetic recipes without affecting scent profiles or colour. It retains the beneficial properties of natural cocoa butter — including its characteristic melting curve that closely mirrors body temperature — making it ideal for topical skincare, lip care, and pharmaceutical applications such as suppositories.
