All JS Cocoa powders contain 0–2% fat — significantly less than the industry-standard 10–12%. Lower fat means stronger colour per kg, lower cost-in-use, compatibility with all fat systems, and excellent dispersibility. Applied in bakery and confectionery, ice cream and dairy, as well as low-caloric health products.

JS Cocoa is a Dutch cocoa processor based in Zaandam, the Netherlands, active since 1923. We specialize in processing non-conventional cocoa beans — raw materials that are rejected by the mainstream industry, but still full of potential.
